Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of rsume.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We have kept them plain — read them.
01The service
rsume.ai rewrites your resume content to fit a target job while preserving your original formatting, and offers related features such as fit analysis and cover letter generation. We aim to improve how your experience is presented; we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific outcome.
02Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of unauthorized use. One person per account.
03Credits & payments
Audits are free. Other actions — optimization, fit analysis, cover letters — cost credits. Credits are sold in packs and processed by Stripe. Because each action consumes compute on delivery, credits and completed actions are generally non-refundable except where required by law. New accounts receive free credits to get started, limited to one allotment per customer; creating multiple accounts to claim additional free credits is not permitted and may result in suspension.
04Your content
You keep ownership of your resume and the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. You confirm the content is yours to use and does not violate anyone's rights.
05Acceptable use
Use rsume.ai for your own genuine job search. Do not upload content you have no right to, attempt to misrepresent facts, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, or use it to generate false or fraudulent documents. We honestly reframe your real experience — we do not invent qualifications, and you agree not to ask us to.
06Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that results will pass any specific ATS, recruiter, or hiring process. AI-generated text can contain errors — review your resume before you submit it.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rsume.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
08Changes & termination
We may update these terms and will note the date above; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
